• What type of dolls do you create?  

I create custom vinyl dolls with cloth bodies such as Apple Valley and Reborn Babies.  I also make the 18" doll, similar to the popular American Girl Doll, in both boys and girls.

• Are these Dolls created totally from scratch?

No.   Some are doll kits which I put together and enhance.  Others are vinyl dolls, such as Berenguer dolls, that are completely disassembled and "reborn" to better resemble a real living baby.

• How do I get a doll to resemble a particular baby?

You can either choose the face, wig, eye color and shin tone yourself, or send a photo of the baby along with a detailed description. Together we can pick the features that most closely resemble that particular child.  Custom dolls can take 3-6 weeks to complete, depending on stock on hand.

• What happens to the photo I send?

If your photo is sent US mail, it will be returned to you unharmed.  If sent by email, it will be deleted from my computer when the information is no longer needed.  Your photo would never be used on my website without permission.  However, a photo of the doll created may be shown on the site.

• How do I order a doll from you?

Ordering on line may be done with a few simple steps.  Simply choose the doll and click the "Add to cart" button.  If you wish to order additional dolls click the "Continue Shopping" at the bottom of the page.  When you have finished shopping, click the "Go To Payment" button to checkout.  I accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, cashiers checks or money orders.  If payment is made by personal check or Echeck your purchase will be held until the check clears.  If you wish to custom order a doll, email me at auntpatty@auntpattyskids.com.   A $25 deposit is required on custom orders.

• How much do these dolls cost?  Do you require a deposit?

  The cost varies for each doll.  See the item description for details.  The cost of shipping and handling will be added to your total order.  Payment is expected within 10 days to receiving the photo of your finished doll.  I do charge a non-refundable deposit of $25 when ordering a custom doll.  This will be deducted from the final cost of our completed doll.

• How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

Shipping charges are based on weight.  They will show up, for your approval, on checkout.

• What if I don't like the completed doll?  Can I return it for a refund?

Every effort is made to help you imagine what your new doll will look like..  Photos will be sent prior to completion of the sale for your approval. I do however understand that once your doll arrives it may not be quite what you expected.  That is why I offer a 7 day return policy.  If you decide within 7 days that this doll is not what you wanted, return it to me in it's original packaging and I will send you a complete refund excluding shipping charges.  Custom, made to order dolls, will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.
